As Director of Data, Analytics & AI at Valuedynamx, she is responsible for defining and executing the company’s AI strategy — including governance, investment prioritisation, and end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives across the business.

With deep experience spanning data science, analytics, and product strategy, Jean specialises in bridging the gap between technical capability and business value. She is particularly focused on operationalising AI responsibly and effectively — building frameworks, teams, and solutions that are both technically robust and aligned to real-world outcomes.
